Introduction
The Master in Human Resources, with over 25 years of history, is a training course designed to develop advanced skills in the soft aspects of human resources management.
Participants who successfully complete the Master will transform themselves into professional figures particularly sought after by companies and the job market, thanks to the following skills acquired:
- Operational approach to business processes. Like the Master's in Personnel Management and the other Business School courses, teaching is focused on many experiential contents, present in every lesson of the program, based on exercises and role playing.
- Mastery in the use of HR data management and analysis processes.
- Resort to the application of the most innovative techniques for the selection and management of human resources within the company.
- Understanding of new workplace regulations and management techniques to ensure an inclusive work environment oriented towards people's well-being, overcoming traditional paradigms.

The Master can be used in 3 different ways and combinations:
- In the traditional classroom , in the welcoming and comfortable rooms of the Milan offices;
- In live streaming (VLS), which allows you to interact in real time with teachers and other participants;
- On Demand, or "deferred streaming", with the maximum degree of flexibility, following them "where you want", "when you want" and with "any device": Smart TV, PC, Tablet, Smartphone, etc.

Program Outcome
At the end of the Master, the Certificate of Participation will be issued with a final delivery ceremony.
For the issue of the Certificate of Participation it is necessary:
- Be in good standing with the administrative position;
- Have attended at least 80% of the lessons of the program with the possibility of making up some of those in which you were absent even online (see the previous option 'Recovery of lessons and insights in E-Learning');
- Have carried out at least 70% of the teaching evaluations (at the end of each day of lessons) through the appropriate Business School web-app or the paper system.
