Program Outcome
By creating the Master Program in Management for Innovation – ITA / ESPM, ESPM and ITA (Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica) seek to train qualified professionals to work in an area that is increasingly demanding of well-prepared leaders and managers.
The Program provides the knowledge base required in innovation management and, through modern practices, develops essential skills for professionals who will be involved in this area and in the processes of corporate transformation in their companies.
An important differential of the Program is that both the techniques and the concepts of leadership, management and marketing that will be developed, exemplified and applied, make up a prepared set so that the professional trained in this way is able to successfully face management challenges of companies, especially those inherent to innovation practices in companies.
Our view is that market demand for this professional will continue to grow for years to come as companies' success increasingly depends on well-managed innovation.
The focus of the program is on the integration between innovation and marketing processes.
The program is based on exploring the expertise of the two schools within specific areas, namely the ITA in science, innovation and technological development and the ESPM in marketing, communication and creativity.
The partnership also appropriates the legacy of years of joint action by these two schools in other courses that were very successful in exploiting these synergies
