The Master’s program in Management at Vistula University, will not only enable you to supplement the knowledge you have gained during your Bachelor’s studies but will also allow you to learn new material that is sure to help you achieve professional success in the dynamic world of business. The Master’s program is centered around teaching universally-applicable knowledge of how to manage contemporary business organizations. It is important to note that we strongly emphasize the international aspects of the above. About the program

The Management (Master’s program) is a two-year program aimed at familiarising you with the international standards of managing business organizations. The theoretical knowledge you will acquire in lectures will find practical applications in workshops and seminars. Our faculty includes not only academics but industry veterans as well. This combination of competencies ensures that the knowledge you will gain is reliable and credible.

The flexibility of the program is its strength – it is you who decides the course of your studies. By selecting particular classes, you will be able to develop in your chosen sub-field of management.

Sub-majors

The Master’s program in Management allows you to select one of four sub-majors: international company management, international marketing management, international human resources management, and international e-business project management.

Sub-majors are chosen in the third semester of studies.

Sub-major: International company management

You will learn the key aspects of the international activity, which will enable you to either found your own company or effectively manage a corporation. You will be able to develop effective business strategies and plans, know how to ensure the successful entry of a company into an international market, and acquire the best employees.

The sub-majors are tailored to market needs and will allow you to gather practical knowledge and specialize in the direction you choose.
