Introduction
The Magister in Social Sciences, Heritage Mention or Social Intervention Mention of the University of Magallanes, is a Postgraduate Program that provides academic training oriented to the sociocultural aspects of the Magallanes Region and Chilean Antarctica.
Phenomena such as early settlement, cross-border migrations, cultural and natural heritage, plus the configuration of local social identities, among other manifestations that are relevant for scientific research in Social Sciences, are studied.
