Manage and innovate in the process of making different types of wines, conducting the different fermentations according to the results of the biotechnology of microorganisms, diversifying products according to their composition and preparing the finished product.
Direct and organize the quality control of wine companies using analytical and newly implemented methods. Interpret data for both routine quality control and new product research and development.
Know the most advanced techniques of sensory analysis and apply it to the quality control of the process, the development of new products and the marketing of wine in competitive markets.
Acquire adequate knowledge and the ability to develop and apply proprietary technology in commercial research in order to design and implement a new and viable commercial action plan.
Acquire adequate knowledge and ability to develop and apply proprietary technology in wine policy in order to design and implement the plans and strategies linked to the articulation of public action in the sector and infer through research and complex analysis, the effects that are derived, for producers, companies and markets, of the new regulations and changes in wine policy.Professional outingsThe proposed Master has a research orientation to complement the training of students who have completed previous Bachelor and / or Bachelor studies and can apply the knowledge acquired in the development of R & D & I tasks within the wine sector. The Master allows within the current organization of higher education, specialized training in research activities in the different disciplines of viticulture, but also allows access to doctoral studies in Oenology. This connects with the tradition of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, which has taught doctoral studies since its creation, from which numerous promotions of doctors have emerged, many of whom have become part of the staff of the University or they have been integrated into public and private, national and foreign research centers.
