ASE’s MPA curriculum is designed to offer an education superior to comparable programs in Benin and the wider region by featuring rigorous training in Statistics and Economics as well a tight connection with government and international agencies.
This two-year program offers academic training in social sciences related to development, featuring two tracks: Economic History, and Sociology and Political Science. It is offered only to full-time students and provides foundational economics training to students alongside locally-tailored coursework in other social sciences.
The structure of our MMES program is nearly identical to that of the first two years of a North American doctoral program in Economics. It combines advanced training in quantitative methods with a strong foundation in economic theory and research design.
