Part time Master Programs in Religious Studies
Religious studies will often focus on Judaism, Islam, Christianity and Buddhism. Students may develop a deeper understanding of each one, as well as how they have affected social movements, literature, wars, culture and the arts.
There are three major universities located in Sierra Leone that attract both local and international students. In addition, there are several specialized institutions of higher learning that focus on training future educators as well as facilities that focus on training clergymen.
Master-level studies involve specialized study in a field of research or an area of professional practice. Earning a master’s degree demonstrates a higher level of mastery of the subject.
Earning a master’s degree can take anywhere from a year to three or four years. Before you can graduate, you usually must write and defend a thesis, a long paper that is the culmination of your specialized research.
Part-time learning allows one to obtain a degree or qualification even if one cannot attend school on a full-time basis. One can learn at one's own pace, gradually accumulating credits that count towards a final qualification.
