Introduction
The digital transformation in the field of the company is an unstoppable phenomenon. In an increasingly competitive and hyper-professional environment, being at the forefront of technology is the only way to succeed at work.
The field of digital transformation affects all areas of the company and all sectors without exception. And within these transforming processes, there is an element that represents a true competitive advantage: correct data management.
Big data has become the buzzword in the organizational field. In recent years, the most sought-after positions by companies are those of big data specialists in the business field. According to the World Economic Forum, in its report The Future of Jobs, by 2022, 85% of companies will have adopted big data technologies.
This demand for professionals is difficult to cover because there is a double gap in the profiles that are sought: on the one hand, the technical profiles specialized in big data do not usually have practical knowledge of the business; On the other hand, professionals from the different areas of the company rarely have the necessary technical knowledge.
It is essential to understand that big data and digital transformation is not only about learning about the platforms, but especially about the practical application of the same for the specific interests of the company.
In this context, the CEF.- launches its Professional Master in Big Data and Digital Transformation of the Company, which pursues the objective of training students in this double aspect, both technical and business, to improve their job growth.
Program Outcome
A differential element of this program is the eminently practical approach to the content, both due to the fact that the main tools of the big data ecosystem are taught and to face the challenges that digital transformation poses, and due to the fact that the teachers who Those who teach the master are specialists in the digitalization of the different areas of the company, who directly participate in big data projects in the field of organizations.
