The Department of Industrial Design supports the development of students’ abilities related to the design of products such latest technology devices, automobiles, IT, mobile devices, and furniture.

The Fashion Design Department aims to cultivate creative design practical talents in the fashion industry, which is required in the global era, and provides excellent fashion professionals through systematic theoretical education and specialized training courses focusing on field practice.

Beginning with the Department of Fine Arts and Crafts in 1964, the Department of Painting was established in 1972, and has been divided into East and Western painting majors. In 1984, it was established as a Western painting department with the enrolment quota of 40.

The Logistics and Commerce major is international through interdisciplinary research on logistics management, economy, and commerce and vivid linkage education with industrial sites to lead the improvement and globalization of the logistics and trade industry.

In addition to basic lectures, various programs related to practical work are implemented, and lecture rooms and practice rooms are opened during vacation to encourage students' efforts as much as possible.

The Department of Business Administration aims to cultivate business experts and specialized researchers in related areas to creatively lead business organizations in an era of liberalization and globalization. The Department promotes education which focuses on acquiring professional expert knowledge and practical research method.

The chemical industry is an infrastructure industry for our country, and in terms of industrial products, it has changed from a heavy chemical industry such as petro-chemistry and fertilizer in the 70s to technology-intensive and small quantity batch production in the 90s. Because it changed to a fine chemistry industry such with low-pollution and high added value functional chemical products, there is a greater need for a high-quality professional workforce in related areas.

Graduate programs in the Department of Mechanical Design and Robot Engineering allow professionals to lead in future convergence technology based on an understanding of precision machine systems and electronic control. In the programs, the research in state-of-the-art mechanical design and mechatronics has been performed. In the state-of-the-art mechanical design program, research centers on intelligent design, CAD/CAM/CAE, nano-micro systems, micro-manufacturing, and energy engineering.
