The ENTER master’s program aims to create highly qualified engineers specialising in maintenance, process, and chemical engineering for the raw materials sector in the East & Southeast Europe region. In today's economy, technical education falls short of meeting the evolving demands of the engineering job market. Additionally, there is a growing need for new small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in spare parts handling, auxiliary services, and recycling.

The program is focused on acquiring professional (special) theoretical and practical components through the study of a wide range of disciplines, including through the prism of regional specifics.

Training at the Faculty is carried out according to the modern educational technologies. The educational training programs of highly qualified specialists are based on the fundamental, humanitarian, socio-economic and professionally oriented disciplines. But except the obligatory disciplines students choose the optional cycle of disciplines as well.

The mechanical faculty offers state funded training programmes and paid tuition (at the expense of legal entities and individual persons). All specialties of the faculty have the fourth level of accreditation.

General competence (LC) 1. Fundamental competencies in the field of humanitarian, social, and behavioral sciences to the extent appropriate educational and professional level "master" required for mastering professionally-oriented disciplines; 2. Ability to apply and integrate knowledge and practice skills acquired in studying the disciplines of other related industries at the master's level; 3. Ability to do scientific work, formed basic research skills, which involves understanding the causal links of society, skills independent search, analysis, and synthesis of scientific information, ability to solve tasks and make appropriate decisions;

The Department of Ecology and Environmental Technologies of Sumy State University trains specialists in specialities "Environmental Protection Technologies" and "Ecology."

The educational-professional program is focused on the acquisition by students of professional knowledge, skills, abilities, and other competencies for the successful implementation of professional activities.

The educational process at the Faculty of Management, Economics, Sociology and Philology is carried out according to the programs that correspond with modern world standards, according to the latest methods and technologies.
