- Expert in Real Estate Evaluation and Audit (MAEC)
The Real Estate Valuation and Audit Expert determines the value of property and real estate rights after analyzing the documents provided by the client. The document it constitutes explores the legal, economic, technical and fiscal factors of the value, in accordance with the appraisal contract and shows that all these factors are taken into account in determining the value.
The Professional Master's Degree "Expert in Real Estate Valuation and Audit" offers a diverse range of practical lessons, punctuated by several "field" cases, where students must carry out, in real conditions, the expertise of office buildings and of shops as well as the critical analysis of rental statements of investment properties. Understanding new environmental standards, technical diagnostics and safety standards are part of the course as well as the necessary consideration of business English. - Property Manager Manager in Real Estate Management (MAGI)
The “Property Manager – Manager in Real Estate Management” (MAGI) specialization of our Professional Masters cycle provides its students with quality training so that they can secure positions as tertiary or residential managers, and have the ambition of managing teams in these areas. Accounting standards and processes, legal monitoring, HQE operations, user requests, various services provided by buildings, pressure on rents, etc. There is no shortage of topics of all kinds. The Professional Master's degree "Manager in Real Estate Development and Promotion" is intended to prepare future managers in real estate development and promotion and to give them the skills to very quickly exercise responsibilities within real estate development companies, at eminent and sought-after positions of development manager, land developer, operations planner, program manager, marketing director, commercial director, sales director...it will be up to them to take the initiative for real estate projects in markets as varied as housing as a primary or secondary residence, housing for the elderly, housing for investors, Tourist Residences and Residences with Services and finally business real estate. - Manager in Real Estate Finance Engineering (MIFIM)
Today, real estate financing professionals are either trained financiers who have acquired, through their professional experience, empirical knowledge of the real estate sector, or real estate professionals (architects, town planners, experts, etc.) whose Duties and responsibilities have evolved towards the financial field. Building on this observation and the growing interdependence of the financial and real estate spheres, the ESPI Group offers a specialty dedicated to financial engineering applied to real estate, in order to train professionals capable of understanding all of these issues. Led by specialist practitioners in each of the disciplines taught, MIFIM offers students a complete educational curriculum by providing them with skills in the technical, regulatory, legal, tax and financial fields specific to real estate.
