Sustainability in Fashion and Creative Industries (M.A.)

Developing sustainable design strategies and management approaches in the creative industries – the Sustainability in Fashion and Creative Industries Master's program seeks to educate “change agents” who can make widespread changes in the creative industries with an integrated, sustainability-oriented approach.

This unique program is aimed at creative designers, as well as solution-oriented managers, who have an awareness of resources and want to position themselves in an environmentally, ethically, socially and economically sustainable way.

The Master's program covers four areas of specialization: "Sustainable Design Strategies", "Sustainable Production and Textiles", "Sustainable Marketing and Business" and "Sustainable Design Anthropology". Research developments in design and trends that deal with the origin of resources and materials and how they are recycled, learn concepts of sustainable production and sustainable consumption – and become an expert in environmental and social management.

Workshops, excursions, and practical projects promote international cooperation and allow for a better understanding of the industry.

"What makes a difference?" You are encouraged to develop and implement your own visions and design strategies to develop sustainable models.
