Introduction
Designed to respond to the legal challenges of businesses in complex and multicultural environments, the Specialized Master ® International Business Law and Management / LL.M. allows you to combine a perfect understanding of business in all its dimensions, with excellence legal.
Through real and concrete applications, this demanding program, close to businesses, has been developing for more than 30 years a combined approach to law, business management and interpersonal skills. The MS DAIM / LL.M. focuses its learning on the mechanisms of business management: finance, marketing, accounting, innovation and data analysis in a dematerialized context.
Professional training, you will be in constant contact with our partner companies: Clifford Chance, White & Case, BNP Paribas and the AFJE (French Association of Corporate Lawyers).
The MS DAIM / LL.M. can be completed by following the course under an apprenticeship contract for 12 to 16 months, within a company or law firm in France.
But the mission in a company can also result in an experience of 4 to 6 months thanks to the signing of an internship, a CDD, a CDI, a VIE/VIA or a collaboration contract, in France and abroad.
In all cases, immersion in a company (apprenticeship, internship or others) is at the heart of the training and will allow you to acquire significant professional experience.
The program also offers the opportunity to complete an LL.M. at King's College London.
The combination of the LL.M. double degree course and the apprenticeship course is possible with a one-year delay in entry to King's College London.

Anxious to integrate as well as possible into the legal frameworks of the countries where they work and to protect their own interests, companies are intensifying their use of legal specialists, experts in business law on an international scale. Large international business law firms, consulting firms and multinationals are primarily looking for lawyers and legal specialists with a deep understanding of the business, well-versed in their clients' competitive environment and fluent in English. Knowledge of law is no longer everything and the role of the jurist or international business lawyer has evolved considerably. He no longer only has to say what is prohibited or authorized and is no longer only consulted when the problem has arisen. He participates in a preventive capacity and is, in large companies, associated with strategic decisions.
Indeed, today it is essential for lawyers and international business jurists to know how to read a company balance sheet or to decipher a turnover, to know how to communicate, to have broad knowledge in extra fields. -legal, such as business strategy, digital marketing, finance, environmental transition (CSR/ESG), accounting, negotiation or human management, and thus to be able to get involved in the strategic objectives of companies in complex international environments.

In permanent contact with major international business law firms and companies, the Specialized Master ® in International Business Law and Management / LL.M. allows lawyers and attorneys to:

Finally, depending on your personal and professional goals, you can continue the MS with a double degree at King's College London.
