Master in Business Management

Our graduates have excellent job prospects and work as qualified specialists and managers in middle and upper management, both in the consumer goods, industrial and service sectors. The course provides you with the business foundation with which you can confidently master management challenges in times of “change and risk”. You act as a successful manager who not only reacts quickly to change processes, but also has the courage and skills to initiate changes and set new trends. This “always being one step ahead” is what makes companies successful.

Course content and majors

Aside from the fixed curriculum, students can take on project responsibility in the “Opportunity Spaces” and “Development Spaces” modules. The “possibility spaces” (student studies) offer the ideal opportunity to develop innovative topics in a practice-oriented and research-based manner. In the “development rooms” (social skills), the focus is on discovering and developing personal skills.

Anything but run-of-the-mill: From the second semester onwards, you can design the focus of your business administration master's degree completely individually. The following four specializations are available to choose from:
