Professional Master in Business Management

The Professional Master's in Business Management was created in 2013 with the aim of promoting education for professional advancement in the area of Administration and in areas related to it, favoring the deepening of knowledge in management theories and practices.

The typical profile of a Master's student is composed of executives with a managerial level, with a minimum of three years' experience in managing organizations. They are on average 41 years old and have 15 years of professional experience. Classes have an average of 30 students with only one entry per year.

GOAL

• Stimulate the continuous professional development of its student body;
• Provide a solid intellectual background in business management that supports the performance of professionals who graduate from the course within the best management practices;
• Contribute to the training of professionals capable of changing the standards of business management;
• Establish a forum for discussing ideas and building relationships;
• Provide a stimulating environment for the dissemination and exchange of knowledge between academia and organizations;
• Test theories, produce knowledge and develop tools that have, at the same time, functional utility and practical efficiency in specific managerial contexts;
• Collaborate for Brazilian economic and social growth.

THE PROGRAM

The Professional Master's is structured in disciplines, forming three functional groups:

• Instrumental – relating to methodological training for research;
• Core competences – which involve deepening the specialty of the course; It is
• Complementary – that expand the area of core competence.
