Introduction

Second-cycle studies (MA), extramural, 3 or 4 semesters, conducted at the GSW headquarters in Gdańsk (Faculty of Engineering Sciences). A graduate of master's studies in the field of management and production engineering has extensive skills in the area of management implemented in business entities and production engineering in production and service enterprises. In accordance with the given specification, the graduate is able to prepare and implement a project to improve the organization and management in the areas of production, analyze labor costs, manage human resources, including the professional career of employees, apply coaching, mentoring, employee evaluation and analyze the process typical for management and production engineering, using appropriate methods, techniques and tools.
