The Master's in Real Estate Management (M.Sc.) combines theory with practice and provides you with comprehensive skills in the core areas of the housing and real estate industry. Whether new living concepts, sustainable office buildings, hotel complexes or entire city districts - in the Master’s Real Estate Management (M.Sc.) you will deal with the core issues of the housing and real estate industry in a practical and scientifically sound manner and develop application-oriented solutions for your current challenges. Completed bachelor's degree
You must have completed a bachelor’s degree or a comparable academic degree (e.g. diploma). In the case of a Bachelor’s degree that has not yet been fully completed, 80 percent of the credit points to be earned must have already been achieved at the time of application. The outstanding achievements must be submitted by the time of enrollment at the latest.
