Master in Management and Quality in Education

The programme equips students with the knowledge of the theories of management, organisations and quality, and their practical application in educational and related organisations. Students learn about the role of managers as pedagogical and business leaders. They acquire knowledge related to learning at all levels of the organisation, professional development of employees and collaboration with the environment.

Graduates of the Management and Quality in Education programme are qualified to take on leadership and other senior roles in kindergartens, schools and higher education or elsewhere in the education system. They also gain the knowledge required in commercial and non-profit organisations in the education, knowledge and knowledge management sectors. They acquire competencies in management, quality, knowledge and learning.
