Introduction
The Master's degree program in Environmental, Process, and Energy Engineering provides comprehensive knowledge to design both existing plants and new concepts in a sustainable manner. Graduates have excellent career opportunities in the field of "Green Technologies". Economic and law topics taught in the curriculum round out the master's program from a fundamentally sound and international perspective.
The program is available full-time in English, as well as part-time, with selected courses taught in English.
Important focal points of the study program are the development, implementation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of process engineering processes and the use of new technologies. These can then be applied in a wide variety of areas: From water treatment to bioenergy production to the development of ways to reduce CO2 emissions. You will be making a very active contribution towards the fight against climate change. Furthermore, you can personally tailor your studies to your interests through your selection of two focus areas (from four options: Plant Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, and Environmental Engineering),.
In this master's program, process engineering is combined with engineering-related fields. However, students also gain insight into the areas of management as well as innovation and law. Scientific and industrial project work is written as part of courses while solving industry-related problems.
Duration of study: 4 semesters / 120 ECTS
