Introduction
Leading Innovation and Growth in the Global Economy
You are already a successful manager. Now you’re ready to go global. Northeastern’s Executive MBA (EMBA) is a 16-month, globally-focused program for seasoned professionals ready to advance to the next level of leadership.
Northeastern’s EMBA program uniquely combines academics with international residencies to create an integrated learning experience. You can gain direct exposure to international and intercultural business dynamics, enabling you to compete effectively in the global marketplace.
EMBA students can continue working full-time during the program and are part of a cohort, attending class on alternating Fridays and Saturdays. The program begins in January.
EMBA Residencies
Punctuating the traditional class schedule are three one-week residency sessions and a visit to Washington, D.C. Each provides an ideal format for intensive learning and group interaction outside the classroom. From an introduction to the program and team learning to the intercultural issues encountered in today's economy and the challenges and opportunities of doing business globally, the three residencies provide an opportunity to sharpen business acumen and expand leadership skills.
