Among other things, you will learn how mergers and acquisitions are handled and how companies and investors assess and hedge financial risks. You will also work hands-on with business intelligence tools and deepen your controlling knowledge in a practice-oriented way. You will learn to apply the breadth of marketing with a particular focus on digitalization and sustainability: Use of big data analysis and market research methods, special features of B2B marketing, development of suitable sales strategies and the function of brand and product management. You will first learn all the content theoretically and then apply it practically in various projects and business games.

We will provide you with a broad-based qualification for a specialist or management career in human resource management. We cover all areas of human resource management such as recruiting, HR development and compensation. You will acquire the relevant knowledge about labour laws, but also know-how in the areas of health management and HR controlling. We will also hone your methodological skills ready for professional life.

In the Master's in International Management, we prepare you for a management position in an international company. You will learn how change management works in an international context. You will get to know different digital tools and understand how large amounts of data can be digitally analyzed. You will carry out a consulting project and engage with international sales strategies. In addition, you can focus your studies by choosing specialization modules.
