Introduction
The Degree Programme in Business Management (class LM-77) aims to provide students with the advanced knowledge and skills in management and entrepreneurship needed for effectively addressing the problems of firms in a fast-changing society.
The Study Plan is structured as follows:
- Curriculum Business Management (taught in English)
- Double Degrees: SRH Hochschule Berlin - Northern Illinois University – Dekalb Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) – North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU) - Institute of Economics and Management (Stavropol)
- Curriculum Marketing (taught in Italian)
- Curriculum General Management and Sustainability (taught in Italian).

Program Outcome
Learning outcomes
A Master's Degree in Business Management aims to train managers in firms and other public and private organizations, with a particular emphasis on transferring skills enabling students to manage innovation processes and to effectively operate in international contexts. Therefore Master in Business Management graduates will:
- Have in-depth knowledge and understanding in the fields of Business Administration and Management, Economics, Statistics, and Law, leading to the development of management skills and an integrated view, with a special focus on general management, marketing, and sustainability, needed for business administrators and managers to address business issues
- Have in-depth knowledge of the business system from entrepreneurs’, top management, and operational managers’ perspectives, as well as of its operating mechanisms and functional management issues, to interpret and manage evolutionary phenomena in business from a strategic, organizational, market and financial perspective, as well as from an international, intercultural and gender difference perspective
- Speak and write fluently in at least one European Union language, other than Italian, for professional purposes. The Study Plan provides a first semester aimed at consolidating knowledge on Business Administration and Management acquired in the first cycle. Subsequently, the focus turns to the development of specialized skills, with particular regard to firms' internationalization and innovation processes management and control.
The Master's Degree aims to train professionals with skills related to:
- Business administration and management, in innovative and international contexts, with particular regard to management, business strategies, marketing and business communication, organization, financial management, management of corporate governance and restructuring processes, sustainability management
- Global understanding of general economic phenomena from the perspective of business system; corporate regulatory framework; quantitative, mathematical, and statistical methodologies for decision-making and interpretation of macro-environment phenomena
- Specific problems of industrial, commercial, and service businesses, as well as public and non-profit organizations.
