Introduction
The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM), a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, is a unique business school in the region, focusing on innovation and entrepreneurship. Our vision is to be a center of excellence for entrepreneurship, leadership, and management through the discovery and dissemination of knowledge. We seek to produce a new cadre of entrepreneurial managers—highly talented graduates equipped with the science of management who take the lead in innovating, improving, and enhancing their environments.

Campus Resources
The Abu Dhabi School of Management is located at the heart of Abu Dhabi City in the Al Hisn Area. The building is built for educational purposes to meet students’ needs.
Auditoriums and Classrooms
ADSM’s campus provides classroom space, prayer rooms, a library, an Academic Support Center, computer labs, food services, and IT services. These facilities are up to date in terms of technology, and most are available for remote access, thus ensuring that students can access resources and class materials, and connect with classmates and their instructors from locations off-campus.
Each classroom is designed with technology in mind and offers an environment which is conducive to learning. In addition to classrooms, with varied capacities, ADSM’s campus features an auditorium with a capacity for 100 attendees, which is used for classes and events.

Computer Labs
Computer labs are available to students, and a variety of computer-equipped classrooms can be used for presentation and group meeting areas when not being used for classes. The labs provide space for students to carry out assignments, research, access the e-Library, and browse the internet.

ADSM’s Library
The Library is located on the ground and has a range of books and journals which can be borrowed by students. The Library is also equipped with laptop computers and space for students to meet. The e-Library provides world-class digital resources. Using your ADSM-assigned username and password you access the e-library from anywhere in the world and at any time of the day.
Prayer Rooms
The ADSM Campus has dedicated Prayer Rooms for male and female students; both rooms are located on the Ground Floor. Students may also use the facilities at Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Mosque, which is located within walking distance from the ADSM Campus.
First Aid Room
The First Aid Room is located in Room 2021 and is managed by a registered nurse. Students may contact the Room on 02 6917818, or visit it during working hours from 12:00 to 08:00 PM.
Student Lounge and Dining Arrangements
ADSM campus includes several areas which students could utilize for gatherings, including a large outdoor area. A fully equipped cafeteria, offering a variety of options, will be provided and will be located on the Ground Floor.
Parking
The ADSM Campus has student parking and there is overflow parking available in nearby public spaces.
Security
ADSM provide a safe and secure environment for its staff and students. Security officers are on campus 24 hours a day and should you have any concerns about your safety or the safety of others, you are encouraged to approach the security officers to seek assistance.
Recreational Activities
ADSM encourages its students to engage in recreational activities. The Office of Student Affairs arranges a range of activities, through the Community Engagement activities. Students are also encouraged to organize and engage in their own activities through student clubs, the Office of Student Affairs ([email protected]) provides the required support.
Halls of Residence
ADSM does not provide accommodation services currently. If support is needed, the Office of Student Affairs ([email protected]) will provide students with the required information on available accommodation options.
Admissions
Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) welcomes applications from students from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Applicants will need to meet both Academic and English Language requirements for acceptance into graduate or undergraduate programs.
Interviews
Applicants may be invited to attend an interview with the relevant Admissions Committee, depending on whether they are applying for a graduate or undergraduate program. This is an informal meeting where you have an opportunity to talk about the reasons you would like to complete your chosen program of study at ADSM. Interviews generally take approximately 15-20 minutes.
Sighting Originals
Students successfully admitted to the program will be required to show the originals of their supporting documents prior to the start of the session.

Outcome of Application
Applications will be evaluated by the relevant Admissions Committee. A decision will be made based on a combination of academic, English and supporting documentation. In some instances, the Committee may require an interview with the applicant to make a final decision on the application. The decision of the Admissions Committee is final, and applicants do not have the opportunity to appeal.
Following the Admissions Committee's decision, applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application via email.
Visa Requirements
International Students who successfully get admitted to a program at ADSM will need to apply for a Student Visa.
Student Visas in the UAE can be secured either by UAE residents sponsoring their relatives or by the accredited Institution that the student will study in.
Visa applications are processed by the relevant General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in each emirate.
If you do not have a visa sponsor in the UAE and require ADSM to sponsor your visa, please contact the Office of Student Affairs to request visa sponsorship.
A student visa is only valid for one year and needs to be renewed annually, with official proof of continuation of study from ADSM. However, the UAE government approved a decision to grant a 5-year visa to outstanding students.
Students must graduate with a distinctive GPA of at least 3.75 from universities and colleges within and outside the country to be eligible for a 5-year visa.
Student visa requirements include:
- A visa sponsor (either an Institution or a relative)
- An official admission letter from the Institution
- Passing medical fitness test
- Approval of the relevant General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs(GDRFA).

The Abu Dhabi School of Management is officially licensed by the UAE Ministry of Education – Higher Education Affairs to award degrees in higher education and all of its academic programs have been accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation.

Housing
As a graduate business management school, ADSM does not provide student accommodation. However, finding housing in Abu Dhabi is not difficult as accommodations of all types are available in abundance throughout the Emirate.
