Introduction

The Master's Program in Environmental Law and Sustainability (MADAS) seeks to contribute to the offer that exists in Colombia regarding the practical and academic approach that legal sciences can make to a concept as holistic as the environment. Thus, being the first Master's degree training program in Environmental Law, it offers legal tools that allow professionals from various disciplines and sectors to approach the environment in a specialized way.

Additionally, and as an added value, the Master in Environmental Law and Sustainability has an approach from international law and international relations, as well as a transdisciplinary perspective that revolves around sustainability from a legal perspective. Likewise, in addition to basic training, it aims to generate conceptual, theoretical, and methodological tools for an independent investigation and deepening.
