The Master's Degree in Social and Corporate Wellbeing Management is designed to equip people with the essential knowledge and skills to make informed decisions and implement innovative management paradigms that improve the happiness and well-being of three fundamental stakeholders: individuals, corporations and nations Additionally, the program addresses the evaluation of both the economic and social ramifications derived from these decisions and models.

A multidisciplinary program whose general objectives are:
- Offer advanced interdisciplinary training aimed at specialization in well-being economics and innovative management models that increase the quality of life both in the private sector and in public administrations.
- Promote specialized analysis in economics and business organizations through the use of qualitative and quantitative tools and methods to evaluate and estimate the well-being of organizations and nations.
- Facilitate the job and professional insertion of graduates in the field of strategic management of organizational well-being, human resources and communication, and corporate reputation and public administration.
