The Master of Business Administration / Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering is offered as a dual-degree, administered jointly by the Department of Manufacturing Engineering and the School of Management.

The MST Program is designed to prepare students for entry and accelerated advancement in the tax profession and to provide additional formal education required by individuals in the field of taxation and in other fields seeking either a career change or advancement. Currently, the MST Program, a two-year program, allows admittance to 40 students annually and offers course-work in 3 major areas of concentration: Tax Law, Tax Accounting, Tax Policy Analysis. The School offers a high-quality Ph.D. A program that emphasizes the development of research and teaching skills in order for graduates to acquire the credentials necessary for placement in leading academic and/or research institutions. The School has an active research-oriented faculty and has established goals of achieving national prominence for its programs. A student in the Ph.D.The program is normally expected to study for three years, including one year of dissertation research (the required time period may be shortened for qualified students).

LSOM major is a practical field of study which provides solutions to various issues which occur in all matters of enterprise activities: logistics, service, manufacturing, operation, supply chain management (SCM), purchasing, and technology management with theoretical and data analytical approach of management science and decision science. In our curriculum, students acquire problem-solving skills through various methods such as big data analysis, business analytics, simulation, optimization, statistical process management, and etc. which are required by global corporations.

The Master of Science Program is constructed around the academic exploration of the design discipline and its application and methods. Through various collaborative projects with the industry, the ability to exercise and manage design projects is strengthened. Individual studies concerning high-level theories and practical application are practiced to acquire skills applicable to practical business.

The Department of Convergence Cultural Heritage cultivates experts who are equipped with social and scientific theories for policy, institution, evaluation, analysis, and value creation necessary to preserve, manage and utilize cultural properties and liberal arts theories for survey and research on cultural properties. The department also contributes to the expansion of the new cultural and traditional horizon by researching production principles of traditional crafts and technological culture of masters with an aim to establish the knowledge system based on modern values of intangible heritage and cultivating talents with practical workability.

The Department of Psychology belongs to the Social Science College and opened the bachelor's program in 1980. The Department of Psychology was permitted to establish the master's program by the Ministry of Education in October of 1983. The faculty is made up of seven professors. 26 students have completed the master's program and 19 students are presently enrolled in the program. Various majors are offered to tail the course of study to the student's needs. Master of Arts in Global Leadership The Master of Global Leadership (MAGL) is a 2-year Master's program designed for individuals who desire to hone the skills necessary to be successful in a leadership role both in a local or global setting. Students of this program will be trained both as Christian and Secular leaders, receiving comprehensive background in Mission, Coaching, Social Sciences, and Research. With a class composed of individuals from different countries and backgrounds, the students will become adept at recent global movements and trends. They will also be exposed to cultural differences to help them broaden their perspective and points of view which is necessary as global leaders.

Educational Goal: The educational goal is to contribute to the development of the nation and human society by further deepening the theory and application methods of fisheries and marine science and nurturing fisheries and marine professionals with leadership and creativity. Introduction: The Graduate School of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs is a course that allows students to obtain a master's degree through in-depth study and research in specialized fields, including aquaculture, marine environment conservation, shipbuilding, shipping, port facilities, biological resources, marine food, and diseases of aquatic organisms in Korea's oceans and fisheries. The purpose is to nurture professional manpower who will lead the development of the field.

The Graduate School of Social Innovation Business studies the principles of social construction that can enhance the value of publicness and solidarity in our society based on the ecumenical and diaconic spirit, the philosophy of Hanshin University, and based on this, it aims to cultivate a 'cooperative human being' that can develop and implement various innovation programs. To this end, we develop and implement a social model of cooperation and solidarity based on the context of life and community, seeking values, visions, and alternatives that respect life, peace, and the public to reflect them out into society once again and cultivate the talents necessary for this. With the advent of the advanced information society, tourism and leisure activities are approaching the center of modern people's lives due to the decrease in working hours and increase in leisure time. In response to this, the tourism industry has also grown rapidly, contributing greatly to the development of the national and regional economies. Therefore, the Department of Tourism aims to nurture highly specialized human resources equipped with theories and research methodology for tourism, analysis of tourism phenomena, and theoretical applications. In order to improve the quality of life in the high-speed information age and to promote the tourism industry in response to this, the study of tourism theory is systematically studied to nurture talents with qualifications as tourism experts.

The department of Multicultural Education is to educate students under the multidisciplinary approach through diverse practices and training. The students review diverse issues and phenomena of multicultural societies in Korea and the global world. They take main courses to become a professional in a multicultural society and main subjects in the multicultural education field to become a researcher, educator, and practitioner. Ultimately, they grow themselves as global citizens who can build up this global multicultural society which is living together all people coexisting win-win situations.

Many children have developmental and psychological challenges these days, and as such, professional diagnosis and art therapy intervention for these issues are urgently needed. To actively cope with these social problems, the Department aims to train and foster art counseling specialists who can provide diagnostic evaluation and art therapy services in clinical and special education therapy fields.
