Introduction

The educational model is based on and organized around three key principles and four training pillars, which constitute the “must be” of institutional training.

These principles imply in the first place the relevance of training for the financial sector, by which the Institute identifies and meets the training needs of human resources in the sector, within a framework of personal development and employability. Second, the Institute develops lifelong training for students and workers in the financial sector, through a Continuous Training program. Finally, the Institute develops in its formation a connection and integration with the financial sector.

The pillars on which the training is organized at the Institute have applied training for financial activity, articulation in levels of specialization, teaching contextualized to the dynamics of the financial and banking environment, and continuous improvement of the quality of training.

In this context, the Institute adheres to the Training Model with a Competency Approach in order to manage and guide its resources, methodologies, and procedures used, seeking the students' learning of the skills required for effective performance in the financial industry.
