Introduction

Pamukkale University is a state university that was founded in 1992 in Denizli. Today with its 16 faculties, 6 institutes, 3 institutions of higher education and 17 vocational schools, Pamukkale University is training, modern, knowledgeable, creative and enterprising young brains, which Turkey and the world need, in various fields such as medicine, engineering, economic sciences, science, social sciences, fine arts, educational sciences and technical education.

Despite its short history, with its students and employees who are rapidly developing academics, Pamukkale University has formed a modern education & instruction and service atmosphere. Since opening 20 years ago, Pamukkale University has graduated approximately 68500 students. The university gives great importance to international student-instructor exchange. It has signed bilateral cooperation agreements with universities worldwide and more than thirty cooperation agreements with Europe’s leading universities under the Socrates-Erasmus Program.
